Snap Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Creators Client team in the Content group.

You will lead iOS and Android engineers, shape the roadmap, collaborate with Product, Data Science, and cross-functional partners, and drive high-impact, scalable features for the Spotlight and creator experience. You will hire, mentor, and retain top talent while maintaining code quality, security, and production readiness in a fast-paced environment leveraging AI, modern tooling, and rigorous

Qualifications

• Minimum 9+ years of software development experience (or 5+ years with PhD).
• 1+ year of experience managing a team or acting as a technical lead.
• Experience with mobile client developments on iOS or Android.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of iOS and Android engineers.
• Set strategy, roadmap, and measurable goals for the team.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Data Science, and Engineering.
