Job summary
Snap Inc is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Creators Client team in the Content organization. You will manage a team of iOS and Android engineers, setting strategy, roadmaps, and measurable goals to deliver the posting flow and creator tools.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Data Science and executive stakeholders; evaluate tradeoffs, mentor engineers, hire top talent, and apply AI tools to accelerate development while upholding security and quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 9+ years of post-bachelor software development experience.
- Experience managing a mobile engineering team.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Experience shipping consumer features with metrics.
- Strong product and technical leadership across client and backend.
- Experience handling large, cross-team initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor iOS/Android engineers and set roadmap.
