Job summary

ServiceNow is building a new AI-enabled Mobile Platform Engineering hub in West Palm Beach. You will lead a world-class team of engineers, shape the charter, and hire talent to establish the mobile platform from the ground up for enterprise AI-native experiences on iOS and Android.

You will own the roadmap, drive on-call processes, and partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver scalable, secure mobile solutions across multiple product teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with significant mobile leadership.
• 3+ years leading engineering managers or multi-team organizations.
• Strong depth in mobile architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native services, security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Mobile Platform Engineering organization in West Palm Beach.
• Own the technical roadmap for enterprise mobile capabilities across Android and iOS.
• Define reusable frameworks, SDKs, and platform patterns to accelerate development.
• Partner with Product, Design, AI, Infrastructure, and Business leaders to deliver differentiated mobile experiences.
• Drive reliability, performance, and security across the mobile stack.
