Intermountain Health is hiring a hands‑on MLOps Manager to oversee deployment and monitoring of enterprise ML products. You will lead and mentor a team of ML engineers and data engineers, aligning AI initiatives with business goals and ensuring responsible AI practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Deliver and implement machine learning operations infrastructure and solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Databricks Asset Bundles.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication with senior‑level stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of ML methodologies, algorithms, and frameworks including agentic systems.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL, and related ML tools.
• Experience with production ML frameworks such as Spark, TensorFlow, MLFlow, and LangChain.
