Crédit Agricole CIB seeks a senior transformation professional to work closely with Securitization Middle Office and Capital Markets stakeholders in NY and Paris. You will analyze the local setup, define target operating models, and support global initiatives to align processes while respecting local specifics.

You will lead local operational workshops, draft business requirements, test new releases, and develop metrics to improve reporting and automation.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• 6-10 years of experience in capital markets/transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of securitization and bank products (CPs/Loans).
• Ability to define target operating models and document processes.

Responsabilidades

• Review current setup and update documentation to meet business requirements.
• Lead local operational workshops and participate in global workshops.
• Coordinate with production, IT, and Front Office teams to implement changes.
• Develop and deploy new metrics and tactical tools to improve reports and automation.
• Write business requirements and prioritize MO needs; test new releases.
• Support change management and transversal initiatives within the Transformation program.
