Job summary

The Little Gym of Columbia City is seeking a Head of Sales & Hospitality to drive enrollment and deliver a five-star guest experience. You will lead inquiry-to-enrollment activities, tours, and follow-ups, ensuring families feel welcomed and valued from first contact to enrollment.

As the heartbeat of member experience, you will balance sales targets with warm hospitality, guiding families to become enrolled members while coordinating with coaches and leadership for a seamless gym journey.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales, member services, or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work weekends/evenings.
• Experience with youth fitness or childcare is a plus.
• CRM familiarity and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the full inquiry-to-enrollment pipeline from phone, email, social, walk-in, and referrals.
• Conduct facility tours tailored to each family’s needs and the child’s age.
• Schedule and follow up on introductory classes to maximize conversion.
• Close enrollments with enthusiasm and value, with no pressure.
• Manage and track leads in Salesforce with consistent follow-up cadences.
• Hit and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Welcome every family and maintain a warm front desk environment.
• Coordinate with coaches to ensure a seamless class experience.
• Train and coach staff on hospitality standards and enrollment techniques.
• Report weekly on enrollment pipeline and member satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Area Director/Gym Director and District Manager on targets.
• Maintain accurate membership records and billing in Command Center.
