Seattle Gymnastics Academy, Inc. Ballard location is seeking a proactive Member Services Leader to join our team. You will build relationships with families, promote our gymnastics programs, and lead a front-desk team with energy and a service-driven mindset.

This role requires experience in retail or hospitality management, strong communication, and the ability to train and motivate staff while handling enrollments and payments across Seattle locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail or hospitality management or similar customer service field.
• Must be approachable and organized when working with youth and families.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers and greet/support them.
• Educate customers on the benefits of gymnastics and SGA's programs.
• Oversee Member Services Team at their location and provide feedback.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Resolve customer complaints and enrollment issues.
• Complete enrollment and financial reports to drive sales and maintain records.
