Job summary

The Little Gym of Silver Spring is seeking a passionate Gym Director to lead our location in Chattanooga, TN. As a full-time position, the Gym Director will oversee operations and ensure exceptional customer service and member experiences.

Qualifications

• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus.
• Customer service experience required.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes based on proven curriculum and teaching methods.
• Lead a team for outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Manage day-to-day operations of The Little Gym.
• Hire, manage, and oversee staff training.
• Maintain facility and equipment.
• Sell The Little Gym program to new customers.

Job Summary

The Gym Director is a full‑time career‑level position, responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym location. Typically, the Gym Director reports directly to the owners of a specific The Little Gym location.

Responsibilities

• Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
• Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none
• Manage day‑to‑day operations
• Hire, manage, and oversee the training of staff
• Maintain facility and equipment
• Sell The Little Gym program to new customers
