Seattle Gymnastics Academy, Inc. is seeking a friendly Member Services Coordinator to be the frontline for families and members. You will greet guests, enroll participants in classes, process payments, answer inquiries, and support a busy gym environment with enthusiasm and professionalism.

The role emphasizes relationship building, accurate administration, and a positive learning atmosphere for children. Training is provided, and there are multiple Seattle locations in a dynamic, team-driven

Qualifications

• Must have experience delivering excellent customer service to families and youth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with members and staff.
• A background in hospitality or customer service helps with a fast-paced gym environment.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage inquiries across multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and greet visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with class enrollment and payments processing.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer questions with accuracy.
• Run basic reports and maintain records to support daily operations.
• Assist in light cleaning duties to keep facilities ready for classes.
• Represent SGA in a positive, energetic manner and support career growth paths.
