Seattle Gymnastics Academy, Inc. is seeking a Member Services Leader to oversee the Member Services Team, delivering outstanding customer service and driving enrollment.

This leadership role emphasizes teamwork, training, and relationship building with families, with night and weekend availability and multiple Seattle locations. You will energize staff, mentor team members, and ensure a welcoming environment for every child and family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or hospitality management.
• Strong customer service in high-volume environments.
• Experience with POS systems and cash deposits.
• Ability to lead a team and provide feedback.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers and greet/support families.
• Stay knowledgeable about programs and benefits to educate customers.
• Oversee the Member Services Team at the SGA location and provide feedback.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff.
• Resolve customer complaints and enrollment issues per policies.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly enrollment and financial reports; maintain records.
