Job summary

The Little Gym is seeking a Gym Director to lead a busy location. This full-time, career-level role oversees daily operations, staff development, and member experience with a focus on safety and fun for children.

You will implement our proven curriculum, coach teams to deliver GREAT classes, hire and train staff, maintain facility and equipment, and drive program growth while ensuring outstanding customer service and membership value.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus.
• Customer service experience required.
• Management experience required.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Love to have fun and make others smile.

Responsibilities

• Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none.
• Manage day-to-day operations.
• Hire, manage, and oversee the training of staff.
• Maintain facility and equipment.
• Sell The Little Gym program to new customers.
