Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Manager, Materials Analytics & Reporting to guide analytics, dashboards, and BI solutions for the Americas Materials and Manufacturing Planning team. The role focuses on improving on-time delivery, production adherence, and inventory performance through actionable insights.

You will establish governance for reporting, partner with Finance, IT, and Operations, and mentor a team while delivering executive-level reports and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field and 7+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, or analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx for reporting and BI.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle) and data governance.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable executive insights.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team with clear objectives and development plans.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain dashboards and KPI scorecards with governance standards.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure accurate, standardized reporting.
• Drive data quality, master data governance, and data warehouse integration to enable reporting efficiencies.
• Create executive-level reporting packages highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance.
