Vertiv is seeking a Logistics Data Analyst to support the logistics team with data analysis and reporting, focusing on optimizing the Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) model across the Americas. The role collaborates with operations and stakeholders to improve processes and achieve operational excellence through data-driven decision-making.

The position emphasizes building a centralized data repository, implementing a data lake, and delivering insightful dashboards using Power BI and AI tools.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or operations.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint; experience with process mapping tools preferred.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, carrier management, and logistics procurement processes.
• Proven ability to manage projects and communicate across cross-functional teams.

• Lead development of a centralized repository of logistics data.
• Design and implement a data lake aggregating siloed data sources.
• Enable quick data analysis through Power BI, AI, and dashboards.
• Partner with operations and stakeholders to drive standardization and visibility.
• Provide insights to improve reporting solutions and KPIs aligned to operations.
• Consolidate logistics data (freight spend, carrier performance, service levels) for KPI monitoring.
• Identify data integrity issues and ensure data accuracy and security across reports.

• Improve data collection and reporting processes with standard methodologies.
