Job summary

Skydio is seeking a leader for Materials Management & Procurement in California. You will own CTB, drive MRP improvements, and manage material readiness to support production plans.

You will partner with engineering, quality, and finance to mitigate supply risks and optimize inventory. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on leadership of buyers/planners, and a track record in BOM-driven planning and supplier accountability.

Qualifications

• MBA or related advanced degree not required.
• 7+ years in materials management, procurement, or planning.
• 2+ years leading procurement/planning teams.
• Strong understanding of PO management, lead times, and expediting.

Responsibilities

• Own CTB process for production, ensuring material readiness.
• Develop CTB methodologies linking demand, inventory, POs, and BOMs.
• Drive material coverage and shortage analysis across planning horizons.
• Lead daily procurement execution and supplier performance management.
• Build scalable planning processes and improve MRP inputs and systems.
