Job summary

Skydio, Inc. in Hayward, California, is seeking a Senior Materials Program Manager to drive material strategy and CTB processes for drones and docks. You will plan BOMs, manage Tier 2 CM materials, and mitigate supply risks to meet production and customer needs.

The role requires a 5–8 year track record in hardware supply chain, strong data skills, and experience with PLM/ERP systems. On-site in Hayward with close cross-functional interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 5–8 years of experience in OEM/JDM/ODM hardware or CM experience.
• Strong analytical and data-based problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
• Knowledge of PLM software and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan all BOM materials to ensure availability of the right product at the right time through the lifecycle.
• Manage CTB to drive material readiness to meet production plans and customer orders.
• Identify supply chain risks and mitigation steps; communicate across stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Use CTB to drive ECOs, product transitions, and material revisions to minimize obsolescence.
• Collaborate with purchasing to drive supply commitments and supplier strategy with SC team.
• Work in a cross-functional environment with manufacturing, program management, product development, design, and logistics.
