Job summary

Crocs, Inc. seeks a Director of Marketplaces to own HEYDUDE’s marketplace strategy and performance across major platforms in the U.S. You will lead the HEYDUDE eTail team, partner with cross-functional groups, and drive customer acquisition, market share, and profitable growth.

You will manage budgets, guide agency partners, and shape activation, SEO, and content strategies to ensure a consistent brand experience and accelerated revenue across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of B2C eCommerce, with proven Amazon growth.
• 3–5 years leading eCommerce talent with strong results.
• Experience managing a $100M+ marketplace business.
• Ability to develop annual marketplace plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Deep knowledge of Amazon 3P, SEO, content optimization and ads.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across Amazon, Walmart, Target and emerging platforms.
• Manage budgets and forecasts with data-driven insights.
• Lead agency partners for retail readiness and optimization.
• Develop activation and advertising strategies for key moments.
• Collaborate with merchandising and product on assortment and launches.
