Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Manager of HEYDUDE Brand FP&A in the United States (Massachusetts). You will lead and consolidate operating plans, forecasts, and long-range budgets for the HEYDUDE brand, providing financial guidance to support strategic growth.

The role demands strong communication and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with Brand, Product, and Commercial teams to build financial models, assess investments, and measure campaign impact.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or economics or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of FP&A, finance, or related experience in complex environments.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning and business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning for the HEYDUDE brand.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to Brand, Product, and Commercial teams.
• Analyze monthly financial performance against budget and forecast with actionable insights.
• Build scenario analyses and forecast models to inform business decisions.
• Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and forecast accuracy through data-driven insights.
