Job summary

Sendbird is seeking a Head of Marketing Operations in San Mateo, CA to own the lead-to-cash pipeline. You will lead Marketing Operations, manage an external MOps agency, and own the marketing tech stack and integrations across tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Bizible.

This IC role focuses on strategy, vendor relationships, and scalable processes. You will collaborate with global teams to design campaigns, manage email programs, ensure data quality, and optimize attribution to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in Marketing Operations.
• 9+ years at B2B AI and/or B2B SaaS Growth companies with Enterprise SLG.
• Experience scaling a Series C+ or 50–100M+ ARR company.
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing and sales lifecycle best practices.
• Expertise building and optimizing marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, Bizible, etc).
• AI fluency with tools like Claude Code or Cursor to scale GTM motions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to perform due diligence and negotiate new tech/tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing Operations and partner with Head of Demand Gen and stakeholders.
• Manage external MOps agency delivering Campaign Operations.
• Own marketing technology stack, tool integrations, and ecosystem.
• Balance short-term fixes with scalable long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with global teams to design and execute campaigns.
• Manage email calendar, forms, emails, landing pages, tracking, and data quality.
• Optimize lead/scoring, nurturing, routing, and attribution models.
• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and ROI visibility.
