Seven AI is seeking a head of marketing operations to own systems, data, and AI-driven automation. You will integrate HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics across content, prospecting, and reporting, delivering a single source of truth as we scale our revenue engine.

You’ll oversee budgets, vendor contracts, and ROI reporting, reporting to the CMO and partnering with sales leadership and revenue operations. This is a hands-on build role.

Competenze

• 5+ years in marketing operations at a B2B software company.
• Deep HubSpot expertise and data-driven mindset.
• Fluent Salesforce usage including reports and attribution.
• Strong data modeling and automation discipline.
• Hands-on with AI/automation tools and APIs.

Mansioni

• Own systems foundation: HubSpot data model, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, routing and hygiene.
• Own HubSpot to Salesforce sync, field mapping and attribution objects.
• Ensure data quality across the stack and governance for integrations.
• Build and expand AI agents and automation for marketing workflows.
