Multi-Location Automotive Group seeks a Corporate Marketing Director to build and lead marketing across 15+ rooftops in a predominantly Hispanic market. This is a growth-oriented, long-term leadership role blending strategy with hands-on execution.

You will design full-funnel campaigns, develop local storytelling, and drive performance reporting, collaborating with operations and finance to align investment with profitability. Relocation or remote options are available.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy across paid, organic content, community engagement, and OEM programs.
• Build and lead organic content strategy, including social, video, and local storytelling for Hispanic audiences.
• Set execution standards and ensure consistent performance across rooftops and brands.
• Lead a community outreach team focused on partnerships, visibility, and brand trust.
• Own monthly marketing performance reporting and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Maximize manufacturer advertising reimbursement and co-op programs while ensuring compliance.
• Partner with operations, finance, and store leadership to align marketing investment with profitability.
