Job summary

Electrified Thermal Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Head of Marketing to own the company’s voice end to end. You will lead product and corporate marketing in a start-up/high-growth environment, coordinating with external agencies and driving measurable results across Europe and the US.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of B2B industrial marketing, a track record in tier-1 outlets, and hands-on experience with AI content workflows and EU media.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing in industrial, energy, or climate tech
• Proven track record of placing stories in tier-1 news outlets and trade press
• Experience running executive thought-leadership programs
• Experience managing agencies against contracted deliverables
• Demand-gen fluency (HubSpot or equivalent)
• Fast, high-quality writing and editing
• Experience defining marketing metrics and reporting against them
• Comfort working with deeply technical content
• Hands-on AI content workflow experience
• Experience marketing into Europe, including European industrial/energy buyers and EU trade media
• Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; ETS is unable to sponsor employment visas for this role.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing plan: develop and evolve plan with 18-month EU-aligned calendar and key deadlines
• Run product marketing: content for target segments, lead-generation tools, case studies, webinars, sales enablement
• Run corporate marketing: executive thought leadership, podcast and speaking-slot bookings, awards program, analyst/press relations
• Manage agencies: ensure monthly deliverables, AI-based content pipeline, 48-hour co-publication standard
• Own measurement: publish monthly executive dashboard including placements, category share, LinkedIn growth, MQLs, and EU coverage
• Support capital formation: align investor-facing narrative with VP of Finance for project-finance conversations
