  • Manage a growing marketing budget and help shape future investment
What You'll Do
Strategic Marketing
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen the company's position across key industrial markets.

  • Create sales tools, presentations, technical collateral, and customer-facing content.
  • Partner with Sales to support pipeline growth and key account priorities.
Product & Technical Marketing

  • Support product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop case studies, white papers, application content, ROI tools, and other sales-support materials.
Brand, Digital & Communications

  • 5-7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally within industrial manufacturing, engineered products, industrial technology, or another technical industry.
  • Experience developing marketing strategy within a complex B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of longer B2B sales cycles and technical buying processes.
  • Experience across several areas of digital marketing, content, brand, product marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement.
  • Experience working with CRM/marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn technical concepts into compelling marketing content.
  • Experience managing budgets, projects, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
  • German language skills are a plus, but not required.
