Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing analytics with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) and tag management systems.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation systems (Salesforce Health Cloud, Epic)

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the enterprise marketing analytics function for Banner Health across brand, growth, digital, and communications.
• Architect measurement infrastructure, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
• Establish KPI frameworks and governance for digital analytics, privacy, and data quality.
• Produce monthly Marketing Performance Reports and quarterly Board-ready summaries.
