Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience building predictive/ML models and leading structured experimentation in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Performs data analytics to generate insights for marketing and volume; creates visualizations and reports.
• Monitor health of marketing contribution to pipeline, acquisition and penetration.
• Evaluate data science tooling, platforms, and infrastructure for scalable modeling and experimentation.
• Design, build, and maintain predictive and ML models driving marketing decisions.
• Own the marketing experimentation function: design, execute, govern A/B and multivariate tests.
• Partner with leadership to operationalize model outputs into segmentation and campaign execution.
• Drive process excellence to ensure compliance.
• Lead strategic initiatives across business units.
• Perform personnel managerial duties such as goal setting and coaching.
