Qualifications

• 10+ years in a quantitative role (e.g., Data Science), ideally at a product‑led company.
• Deep grounding in experimentation, causal inference, and applied statistics.
• Strong SQL and Python fluency; experience with messy behavioral data.
• Proven track record translating results into shipped product decisions.
• Excellent communicator and partner to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define success metrics for agentic marketing systems and leading indicators.
• Design measurement frameworks for always‑on systems across lifecycle automation, creative generation, targeting, and routing.
• Partner with PMs and engineers to instrument, evaluate, and monitor launches with observability of incremental value.
• Translate signals into decisions on what to scale, where to intervene, and how to allocate resources.
• Build repeatable decision loops from pre‑launch criteria to post‑launch actions.
