Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, economics or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or similar skillset with analytics leadership on data-centric products.
• PhD in related fields is preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop data science teams and translate business needs into analytics.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and vision for marketing analytics and data science aligned with business needs.
• Lead analytics for consumer acquisition marketing and digital channel performance.
• Develop and execute campaign measurement strategies (test/control, incrementality, ROMI).
• Support MMM and other advanced measurement approaches to assess marketing effectiveness.
• Lead end-to-end analytical and model development, including production scoring when applicable.
• Develop campaign forecasts and pro forma analyses to improve targeting and investment decisions.
• Prioritize projects, manage the team’s book of work, and ensure execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Digital, Finance, and Analytics to translate needs into actionable recommendations.
• Create clear reporting and presentations translating findings into business insights for leadership.
• Evaluate new tools and methods to strengthen the team’s capabilities.
