Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Long Beach, MS is seeking a Manufacturing Procurement & Logistics Manager to lead procurement, material planning, supplier management, transportation, warehousing, shipping, and delivery coordination for ModCon and FabCon projects.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate project schedules into aligned procurement milestones, manage cost, quality, risk, and documentation, and drive on-time delivery across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, and project delivery operations.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, bills of materials, equipment data, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, evaluates, qualifies, selects, and negotiates with suppliers and service providers to maximize quality and value while controlling total delivered cost.
• Develops and executes procurement and logistics strategies to support project requirements and shop capacity.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to translate project schedules into procurement milestones and delivery plans.
• Forecasts demand using project schedules and historical data; communicates forecasts to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Tracks supplier performance and develops corrective actions to improve on-time delivery and quality.
