Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an Assistant Construction Logistics Manager to support the jobsite team with material planning and organized delivery logistics. You will work to ensure safe unloading, proper staff allocation, and timely material handling to maximize field productivity.

Responsibilities include inspecting materials, tracking tools and inventory, coordinating returns, and liaising with the Superintendent and Project Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–10 years of experience in large-scale logistical management.
• OSHA 30 is a plus.
• Knowledge of jobsite operations.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC materials, equipment and tools.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the jobsite team by organizing materials and supplies with thorough planning.
• Coordinate unloading with the Logistics team per delivery schedules.
• Distribute materials and prefabrication to keep field productivity.
• Inspect materials/equipment to verify against submissions and check for damage.
• Order, inspect, and track tools; arrange returns to Fabrication Shop.
• Track rental tools and coordinate returns with Project Manager.
• Manage fuel cans, water coolers, and site amenities.
• Receive deliveries, check accuracy, and flag discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Superintendent on overdue materials and backorders.
• Inspect and tag materials for field use and storage areas.
• Maintain stock levels of consumables and organize storage areas.
• Maintain yard lay-down areas and ensure orderly material movement.
• Prepare inventory reports for project management.
• Inspect rented equipment with vendors; obtain confirmation numbers.
• Submit inventory findings and closeouts to project management.
