Job summary

ENFRA Solutions seeks an expediter to join our Mississippi jobsite team. The role centers on increasing production by thoroughly organizing and planning materials and supplies, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring accuracy between delivery tickets and orders.

As an Expediter, you will work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager, manage inventory, schedule deliveries, and maintain clean, organized storage areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience.
• Knowledge of jobsite operations.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing material, equipment, and tools.
• Ability and experience driving a forklift.
• Knowledge of supply operations, sequence and flow.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Understanding materials (cast Iron, PVC, Copper, Pex).
• Timely order pulling and deliveries.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Fills fuel cans for job and fuel jobsite equipment.
• Delivery of water coolers.
• Cleans water coolers and displays date on outside.
• Coordinate delivery of tool and equipment material with Superintendent.
• Check material delivery for discrepancies and notify PM/Superintendent.
• Inform Superintendent of material status and backorders.
• Inspect received materials and compare with delivery tickets.
• Verify work ticket specs against materials used at stations.
• Tag materials with Area, Name and Date for field delivery.
• Store unused materials and notify foreman.
• Maintain daily consumables stock.
• Schedule bottle refills for oxygen/acetylene with Supervisor.
• Keep storage areas clean and organized.
• Return unused materials to vendor when appropriate.
• Prepare inventory reports for Project Manager.
• Verify rented equipment with vendor and obtain confirmation number.
• Inspect tools before field use.
• Obtain tool reports and maintain monthly inventory post hours.
• Identify out-of-order tools and cords; return damaged items to yard.
• Submit inventory findings to project management.
