• Experience in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of building systems, codes, cost, fabrication, and installation.
• Ability to communicate with others and represent the company professionally.
• Understanding the BIM (building information modeling) process.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in the Project Kickoff Meeting and the Brainstorming and Fabrication Meeting.
• Develop a Detailing / Fabrication schedule using the project schedule as a baseline.
• Attend weekly Project Team / Detailing in-house meetings.
• Work with the Project Team to drive the shop drawing schedule / milestones.
• Review spools once Fabrication Detailing is completed.
