Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Maryland seeks an Assistant Construction Logistics Manager to support the jobsite team by organizing and planning materials and supplies while collaborating with the Construction Logistics Manager.

Your responsibilities include unloading equipment, coordinating delivery schedules, managing tools and consumables, and ensuring accurate inventory and quality control to keep field crews productive.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required
• 5-10 years of large-scale logistics experience preferred
• OSHA 30 is a plus
• Knowledge of jobsite operations and HVAC/plumbing materials helpful
• Ability to operate a forklift and manage equipment/tools effectively
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Unloads equipment and materials safely with the logistics team.
• Ensures correct staff is available based on the delivery schedule.
• Manages distribution of materials and prefabrication to support field productivity.
• Performs quality checks on materials and equipment for discrepancies.
• Inspets tools, tracks rentals, and coordinates returns with vendors and project staff
• Tags and organizes materials at storage areas and in the field for traceability
• Maintains inventory levels and coordinates bottle refills and consumables daily
• Prepares inventory reports for project management and tracks backorders.
