Qualifications

Experience leading maintenance and reliability across multiple sites in a high-changeover environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with a practical, floor-focused approach.
Proven ability to build technician capability, coaching, and accountability.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance and reliability across a multi-campus operation, improving uptime and line performance.
Serve as senior technical escalation point for equipment issues and startup challenges.
Build maintenance systems, scheduling, parts control, and vendor management.
Develop and lead the maintenance technician team, including deployment and bench development.
Partner with operations leadership to align technicians with line needs and recurring issues.
Own parts strategy and ordering discipline to minimize downtime.
Support ramp-up and ongoing operation of semi-automated and fully automated lines.
