Job summary

Global Search Network seeks a Technical Services Manager to direct and coordinate maintenance programs across production facilities. You will lead utilities and facilities teams, drive uptime, and implement PM initiatives while coaching supervisors in planning and problem solving.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in maintenance/engineering management, a background in food processing, and CMPRP or related certifications. Strong leadership and safety culture are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• CMRP certification preferred.
• 15–20 years of extensive knowledge and demonstrable experience in Industrial Maintenance.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible Maintenance or Engineering management experience.
• 5 years of experience in a food processing facility preferred.
• 24/7 Availability.
• Excellent planning, organizing and efficiency skills.
• Ability to prepare plans, detailed reports and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate maintenance projects in production facilities.
• Lead utilities and facilities activities and provide leadership.
• Coach managers and supervisors in short and mid-range planning.
• Develop and maintain PM programs and training.
• Track KPI performance and downtime.
• Ensure budget adherence and cost control.
