Job summary

Movement Search & Delivery is partnering with a confidential manufacturing client to identify an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead maintenance operations, improve equipment performance, and drive continuous improvement across its manufacturing facility.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, experience in complex manufacturing environments, and a track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.

Qualifications

10+ years of maintenance and reliability experience in manufacturing with leadership responsibilities.
Experience in continuous-process or highly automated manufacturing environments.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with ability to guide complex troubleshooting.
Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating resources.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve uptime, reliability, and OEE.
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs and improve practices.
Analyze downtime trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
Monitor KPIs related to reliability and maintenance costs.
Oversee maintenance budgets, capital projects, and contractors.
