Job summary

Vulcan Elements Inc. is seeking a Staff Maintenance / Reliability Engineer to support equipment design, installation, commissioning, and startup, while shaping maintenance standards that sustain safe, reliable production.

You will lead failure investigations, develop PM strategies, and build the CMMS. Collaboration with R&D, Operations, and Engineering is essential to improve equipment performance and ensure readiness for Production ramp-up.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with substantial industrial experience.
5+ years in maintenance or reliability engineering in manufacturing.
Experience with detailed failure investigations and reliability improvements.
Knowledge of materials compatibility, seals and gaskets.
Experience developing preventive maintenance content and CMMS data.

Responsibilities

Lead detailed equipment and component failure investigations and verify corrective actions.
Develop preventive maintenance strategies, PM content, and inspection routines.
Populate and maintain CMMS asset data, hierarchies, and spares.
Collaborate with Engineering, OEMs, and Procurement to standardize components and maintenance practices.
Support pilot plant readiness and equipment handover to Operations.
