Job summary

Vulcan Materials Company is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Manager to oversee the electrical maintenance department across facilities. This role ensures safe, reliable operation of electrical systems, supervises staff, and manages budgets to support continuous uptime.

You will coordinate with Engineering and Operations on projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement improvements to optimize plant performance while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems and electrical safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct Maintenance Supervisors and Area Electricians.
• Coordinate electrical projects with Engineering and Operations.
• Oversee installation, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot power issues and plan resources.
• Manage maintenance budget and forecasts.
• Maintain records and generate reports for improvements.
