Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team! As the Head of Maintenance, you will be responsible for the upkeep of our six facilities. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Handle basic repairs and maintenance
• Oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary
• Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them
• Repair machines, equipment, or structures as necessary
• Inspect buildings, maintain inventory, and schedule repairs
• Perform general maintenance of the facilities and grounds
• Conduct periodic quality checks on all equipment and systems to ensure standards are met
• Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, etc.
• Make minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, doors, etc.
• Check control panels and electrical wiring for issues
• Perform landscaping
• Snow removal

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance role, ideally in a non-profit environment, preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to perform maintenance operations
• Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment, including lawn mowers, leaf blowers, weed whackers, plows, snow blowers, etc.
