Job summary

RIMEPRO INC in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Construction leader to drive quality control and high-end residential construction standards across multiple luxury projects. This hands-on role ensures craftsmanship, accountability, and adherence to standards from foundation to delivery.

The ideal candidate brings strong custom residential experience and collaborates with project teams to identify issues early, improve field processes, and deliver a consistently high-quality finished product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management, field leadership, or quality control experience.
• Experience in high-end custom or luxury residential construction.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects, teams, or field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building codes.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management technology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality control standards across active projects.
• Conduct milestone-based site inspections from foundation through final completion.
• Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to identify and resolve construction and quality issues early.
• Develop QC plans, inspection checklists, SOPs, and standardized field processes.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for constructability and compliance.
• Drive first-pass inspections and reduce punch-list items and rework.
• Monitor subcontractor workmanship and adherence to project requirements.
• Lead pre-drywall, pre-finish, and final quality reviews.
• Track deficiencies, root causes, corrective actions, and overall quality trends.
• Support building inspections, testing, documentation, and project closeout.
