Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive banquet leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing luxury hotel banquet operations, university conference centers, or multi-venue events.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and labor planning.
• Experience collaborating across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop banquet leadership and hourly team members.
• Lead operational excellence for banquet and catered events across Auburn venues.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Food & Beverage, and University partners to execute events.
• Own departmental budgets, forecasts, and KPI monitoring including revenue and costs.
• Ensure luxury service standards aligned with AAA Four Diamond operation.
