Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Sr Manager to own the PayPal+ loyalty program, its P&L, funding and launch gates across markets, and to drive the enterprise case for branded checkout and related products.

You will lead country portfolio strategies, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and partner with Finance to optimize program economics and investment decisions in a dynamic fintech environment. This role is based in New York with a balanced hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning P&L or loyalty program economics.
• Fintech, payments, e-commerce, or consumer financial services background.
• Strong financial modeling, unit economics, and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design portfolio strategy for a country and align with global priorities.
• Coordinate local and global cross-functional initiatives.
• Escalation management to keep strategy on track and adapt plans.
• Define priorities based on global commercial product strategy.
• Research opportunities and negotiate new partnerships.
• Manage ongoing partner relationships and efficiencies.
• Set market-specific product and technology strategies.
• Oversee delivery of product/platform infrastructures.
• Define roadmaps to improve product experience and business metrics.
