Job summary

SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL in Jerusalem seeks a Logistics Coordinator to steer mission logistics, implement procedures, and serve as link between headquarters and field teams. The role requires strong coordination across procurement, transport, warehousing, and security considerations.

You will work with programs and access teams, manage emergency-to-standard transitions, and support the Head of Mission on security planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–4 years experience in the humanitarian sector.
• 3–4 years experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Steers a mission's logistical activities to ensure in-country programs run smoothly.
• Implements mission procedures and tools and ensures proper usage.
• Acts as liaison between headquarters and the mission for logistics.
• Supports the Head of Mission in operational security management.
• Ensures movement procedures are followed and security validations are conducted.
