Job summary

Hinge Health is seeking a Manager, Legal Operations to scale the operational backbone of our Legal & Compliance team. You will own and mature core functions including outside counsel relationships, e-billing, budgeting, and CLM, while driving process improvements across a lean, fast-moving legal team.

You will report to the General Counsel and partner with Legal & Compliance leadership to translate priorities into measurable initiatives that support rapid growth and risk management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in in-house legal operations, law firm operations, or related roles with people and tech experience.
• Hands-on with e-billing platforms (Brightflag) and contract lifecycle management (Ironclad).
• Experience building budgets/forecasts in partnership with Finance and leading programs across stakeholders.
• Strong program and process-improvement delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the legal operations function and set the strategy/roadmap with Legal leadership.
• Oversee annual OKR planning, reporting, and leadership meeting materials.
• Coordinate cross-department initiatives and provide visibility into priorities and risks.
• Own outside counsel relationships, spend, e-billing, and CLM processes.
• Drive technology strategy, tool evaluations, implementations, and retirements as needed.
• Improve legal intake, automation, and knowledge management across the team.
