Model Oncology is seeking a Manager, Legal Operations to support the legal and contracting functions of our organization. Reporting to the Chief Marketing & People Officer, this role will work closely with leadership, finance, HR and business development to manage health system contracts, corporate filings, and compliance documentation.

• Contract drafting and review experience; sound judgment on escalation to outside counsel.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple work streams and deadlines.
• Clear and precise written communication; discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts including partnership, vendor, employment, and NDAs.
• Maintain corporate records, entity filings, and compliance docs across markets.
• Track contract lifecycles with key dates, renewal terms, and obligations; escalate issues as needed.
• Support due diligence for new health system partnerships and business development.
• Serve as internal liaison for outside counsel on matters needing external legal support.
• Assist HR compliance docs with offer letters and policy updates in coordination with People team.
• Develop scalable systems for contract and document management as the organization grows.
