Job summary

San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to build and lead an organization-wide learning function. This role partners with executives to assess needs, design effective programs, and promote a culture of continuous learning across a diverse workforce.

You will oversee instructor-led, virtual, and blended programs, manage onboarding and leadership development, and measure program impact to drive regulatory readiness and resident-centered service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Seven years of progressive L&D or organizational development experience, leading significant programs.
• Experience designing and facilitating learning for adults and managers.
• Experience partnering with leaders to assess needs and implement enterprise-wide learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organization-wide L&D strategy aligned with priorities and values.
• Conduct needs assessments and design instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning programs.
• Lead leadership development, coaching, and performance management training.
• Manage onboarding, succession planning, and workforce capability planning.
• Oversee LMS governance, analytics, and learning metrics dashboards.
• Partner with executives to ensure regulatory readiness and resident-centered standards.
• Facilitate sessions and coach subject-matter experts on effective training delivery.
• Develop and maintain training standards, materials, and templates.
