Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in healthcare education or related field.
• Three years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with LMS administration and adult learning methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning strategies and education plans.
• Evaluate learning needs and improvement opportunities.
• Provide oversight to educational initiatives and training compliance.
