• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, adult education, I/O psychology, HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of executive facilitation and leadership development experience.
• End-to-End L&D expertise: built and launched leadership programs in complex environments.
• Consultative and diagnostic skills to translate business needs into learning solutions.
• Strong group facilitation, presentation and coaching abilities.
• Solid instructional design knowledge and curriculum mapping.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI definition and evaluation capabilities.
• Collaborative skills to work with HRBPs, faculty, clinical leaders and staff.

Responsibilities

• Architect, execute and scale UCSF core manager development programs.
• Lead stakeholder intake, needs assessments and curriculum design.
• Facilitate cohorts and learning sessions across diverse audiences.
