Van Drunen Farms is seeking a senior Learning & Development leader to shape the company-wide L&D strategy and partner with Talent Management and site leaders to close capability gaps and build leadership capabilities across the organization.

You will design scalable learning programs, govern learning standards, and drive adoption of AI-enabled tools while measuring impact with clear metrics for continued improvement.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience leading Learning & Development strategy across large organizations.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable learning programs and resources.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management across multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the company-wide Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Partner with Talent Management and business leaders to identify capability gaps and workforce readiness.
• Design and deliver practical learning experiences, tools, and programs to improve coaching, accountability, and leadership capability.
