Job summary

Van Drunen Farms is seeking an senior Learning & Development leader in the United States to drive the company-wide L&D strategy and workforce capability. You will partner with Talent Management and senior leaders to align initiatives with business priorities and create scalable learning programs.

The role focuses on governance, measurement, and the adoption of AI-enabled learning tools to enhance leadership capability across manufacturing and corporate sites.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience leading Learning & Development strategy and enterprise initiatives.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable learning programs and tools.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the company-wide Learning & Development strategy aligned with goals and priorities.
• Partner with Talent Management and leaders to identify capability gaps and workforce readiness.
• Design and deliver practical learning experiences and programs to improve coaching, accountability, and goal setting.
• Facilitate company-wide development programs and scalable learning solutions to drive engagement and performance.
• Establish governance, standards, and processes for consistency and long-term sustainability.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness with metrics and outcomes to demonstrate impact.
• Lead evolution of learning ecosystem including technologies and AI-enabled tools.
