Ladders is seeking a Head of Learning & Development and Culture to lead our enterprise learning agenda, strengthen leadership capability, and scale programs across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders and People Business Partners to drive measurable development, culture, and employee experience aligned with company values.

Formación

• BA/BS in HR, Learning & Development or related field.
• 10+ years of management experience in leadership and organizational development.
• Experience in a high-growth technology environment.
• Advanced knowledge in training and organizational development.
• Strong organizational development background with proven change management skills.
• Advanced business partnering skills with senior leadership.
• Data-driven with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
• Experience in developing high-performing teams.

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Learning & Development and Culture to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will shape the enterprise learning agenda, strengthen leadership capability, and build programs that support organizational growth at scale. You will partner closely with senior leaders and the People Business Partner team to create a consistent, measurable approach to development, culture, and employee experience. The position calls for a strategic, data-informed leader who can turn organizational needs into practical programs that elevate performance and reinforce company values.

Location: Mountain View, CA

Compensation: $334,000 – $411,000 annually
