AmeriGas is seeking a senior Learning & Development leader to own the full learning lifecycle, design engaging training across formats, and develop a multi-year strategy aligned with safety, regulatory, and business goals. You will lead a team of trainers, ensure compliant certification cycles, and collaborate with Operations to improve workforce capability.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership in training, expertise in ADDIE, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• 10+ years leading training functions and teams.
• Expertise in ADDIE instructional design method.
• Proven ability to design, write, and produce training in multiple formats.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the training team in building technical and job-specific training, onboarding programs, and KPIs for safety, technical, and regulatory requirements.
• Works with organizational leadership to understand business needs and sets a multi-year learning strategy that delivers performance outcomes.
• Coaches the training team with clear goals and metrics and holds them accountable for results.
• Keeps the business leadership team informed of changes, trends, and strategies.
• Maintains training records and ensures certification cycles are met; adapts curriculum to compliance.
• Measures training effectiveness and drives improvements in knowledge transfer and employee experience.
• Manages the annual training budget and reviews contracts with Procurement.
